Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Jomar Valve, I oversee quality and engineering workflows, develop product roadmaps, and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001, UL, CSA, NSF, etc.). Previously, I have contributed to successful product launches, process enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives in HVAC, thermal management, and industrial components.
